welcome

Welcome! Like many I’ve always been a reader who dreamed of writing. I honestly didn’t think I’d ever get my chance, but for years I devoured every historical book I could get my hands on, fiction and non-fiction. I imaged being in Elizabeth’s court, at Pemberley, sailing the high seas or defending Bunker Hill. I loved long ago and far away.

But something happened in the here and now that set me upon the author path. You’ll find my incredible Publication Story here, and after reading it you might want to say a prayer for my agent (Rachel Kent, Books and Such) and editors (Dave Long and Sharon Asmus, Bethany House) who get to guide and direct me.

This site also contains information about my books, my life and a blog – just follow the tabs and you’re there.

And please take the time to subscribe to my newsletter and look me up on Facebook. That way I’ll be able to tell you about upcoming releases as well as a mess of free ebooks from dozens of authors, a perk I like to share with my fans.

I’d love to hear from you: What are you reading? What’s happening in your life? Drop me a line in the Contact section and I’ll get back to you.

So poke around here for awhile if you have the time. I pray you’ll find something that blesses you and that you’ll come back again and again.
